In June I had the pleasure to embark Coast Guard KV Svalbard in Tromsø for a memorial weekend in Jan Baalsrud footstep and Operation Martin. Did a lecture about Operation Martin and “our” experiences “In the footstep of Jan Baalsrud”, for the crew and others.

Into the water

During the weekend we sailed up to Toftefjord on Rebbenes Island, and about 40 persons joined on the walk in the footsteps of Baalsrud across Rebbenes Island. No snow, but a lot of rain 🙂 Was special to be back. Thanks to KV Svalbard and its crew.
