Finally I got the opportunity visit Greenland again. And the best part was visiting the fjord and area, Torry Larsen and I with 7th SOS Sq, flew in and where dropped for the Greenland lenghtways expedition in 1996. Mungo Park Medal

Thursday the 14th of June 2012 the Norwegian polar explorer and adventurer Rune Gjeldnes was awarded the prestigious Mungo Park Medal from the Royal Scottish Geographical Society.
